I can describe this drink with one word: complex! It was like drinking three drinks at the same time. There was a start, middle, and finish, each tasting unique. When enjoying a cocktail crafted by Justin, I recommend taking it slow.
The Diller Room does Tiki night every Tuesday and a special cocktail menu comes out from underneath the bar. An insider’s tip: if it’s not Tuesday but Justin is behind the bar, he will be more than happy to make you a Tiki drink.
The first Tiki revival started in the ’90s, but there is a second wave happening right now and it’s because of people like Justin Wojslaw.
